2. Contract

Product listings are an invitation to order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before checkout. For deliveries outside the seller's customs territory, import duties may apply; where we collect them at checkout (IOSS) this is stated.

4. Payment

Available methods depend on your country: card (Stripe), bank transfer, cash on delivery.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are stated on the product and checkout pages.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Serbia have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See Returns & withdrawal.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Online dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless required by law.

9. Governing law

The law of the consumer's habitual residence applies where mandatory consumer protection rules require it.
